[BNM] Does anyone know of a CRM that learns by doing?

You may have difficulty finding one which is open source - a lot of  
the techniques around this kind of predictive analytics and 'return on  
interaction' optimization are both very proprietary and also worth  
lots of money!

Salesforce is a good place to start, if you want be more sophisticated  
and real-time about it, building up learning models about your  
customers then you should be looking towards Oracle RTD, Unica  
Infinium, Omniture etc. All with very hefty price tags.
