[BNM] Does anyone know of a CRM that learns by doing?

I'm looking for an open source CRM system that learns about it's customers
by recording the customers response behavior such that future communications
with those customers become ever more relevant and personalised

Someone has mentioned Salesforce which may be fine except that something
open source would be finer.

Any suggestions?
