[BNM] (OT) freeview reception

Our freeview channels are shot to bits since the last known updat date
to the data network grid.

We lost channel 5 and and other five subsiduary channels. The once we
do have have a very low/intermittent/none signal

Had to get a new box as the old one couldn't handle the new signal data.
