[BNM] 100% Renewable Energy Web Hosting recommendations

For the BNM archives...
The outcome of my search for a renewable energy hosting company was that
we now use Smartbunker <http://www.smartbunker.com> as our datacentre,
which I understand to be the only datacentre in the UK (and therefore
with a UK-based IP address) that runs completely on renewable energy.
And we have a cooperative in Manchester, called Ecohost, manage our
servers: <http://ecohost.coop> and I'd happily recommend them.
