[BNM] Chrome: it's not a browser...

It's not an operating system, but it is a recognition of the fact that
the browser is becoming a platform for applications and should be
designed with that in mind.  The motivation for Google is pretty
clear, they want the best platform for their applications.  I'd like
to develop for it too, just the faster javascript makes a huge
difference.  Hopefully Chrome will inspire the other browser makers to
develop along similar lines.  The fact that its all open source should
help.
