[BNM] short term house let wanted/hotel

We're looking to rent a place in Seaford (anyone got any ideas? - 3/4 bed
house with garden?)

we've found a potential place but it wont be available until late October
and the kids start school there next week!
So, we're looking for affordable accommodation from this weekend until
October-ish. Could be a house/flat or hotel rooms (2) if we can get it for
the same price.
2 adults, 2 kids (8 and 11). no pets etc.
ideas/suggestions welcomed!
