[BNM] [OT] intel macbook pro hard disk upgrade

Hello,

(I'm not on the mac user group mail list; wondering if I should - possibly 
off-topic ish)

I'm thinking I might upgrade my intel macbook pro's hard disk. I've got a 
15 inch one (ahem!). It looks like a 2.5 inch SATA disk will do the job. 
Any 2.5inch sata? Anyone done this successfully recently? I'm probably 
going to try for a 200 gigabyte disk. Was looking at western digital ones 
and seagate ones.
