[PC Help Brighton]

Try not to Succumb to PC World (Dixons) full stop if you ask me. The only time I ever use them is if its 7.30 at night and I need something urgently. 

Anyway..Try these

AVG8 .. but 7.5 was better (you could also try avast)
Spybot search and destroy
Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer 2.1
Integrated firewall is good, but if you wanna get a bit more heavy there's comodo personal firewall.
