[BNM] Suggest in search - way of doing with MySQL?

I had a look at Yahoo's boss when I was last asked to do this.
http://developer.yahoo.com/search/boss/boss_guide/Spelling_Suggest.html
It provides a spelling suggestion web service - free up to 5000
requests a day. I didn't go any further than a proof of concept as
the project was a no-goer but I recall it does exactly what your
example requires.
