[BNM] Suggest in search - way of doing with MySQL?

@Paul - if it's corrections you're looking for, server side or client side,
Google can be used to provide spelling altneratives (probably combined with
James' suggestion using the levenshtein function to find the best match) -
then you could hijax it with a bit of auto suggest (as proposed above).
@Julian - just putting it out there, but the full text search functionality
of MySQL is outright shocking. I've tried it myself on a number of projects
and it's random, but then I met one of the top developers at MySQL (I forget
his name), and he confirmed all my feelings about it: don't use it if you
want any kind of relevance searching.
