I spend a fair bit of time looking for a shared whiteboard thing recently.
I found this:-

Full video conferencing - Free Hosted, Open Source and Pay options
available.
In the end I didn't use it in anger, but a few trials looked good -- if you
record the meeting, when it is over you get emailed a FLV of the video link.
Top of my list (unless someone knows differet....)
