Skype.
As long as you have a half decent camera and a good 'net connection it
works very well. We use it every week to do a video chat (full
screen) with the mother in law in the States. Used to use Ichat but
the video quality on Skype is much better. And if you are both
running a decent spec PC with a certain logitech camera it does double
resolution video capture - very nice indeed.
