[BNM] Anyone familiar with SpeedFan?

Hi
I've been having problems with my pc freezing up and have narrowed it down
to a probable overheating issue.

After much research I installed SpeedFan but, sadly, as I anticipated, I'm
not able to understand the results. Basically I end up with 2 temperature
sources showing red flames   (which I assume is bad) but I don't actually
know what part of the computer these particular temperatures are referring
to. Reading the instructions leads me none the wiser.

Anyone know the software who can guide me as to how to find out what the
exact source of the overheating is?
