[BNM] [OT] SXSW09: 13-17 March

Hiya...

It's definitely worth the hassle of getting down to Austin. We'll be there en masse with the companies going on the Digital Mission (http://digital-mission.org). You can usually get a discount on the hotel's standard rates if you book them at the same time as you buy your SXSW pass. Their accommodation service seems to be pretty good.

Also, most of the chain hotels in Austin have enormous rooms with twin double beds (although worth checking), so if you're up for sharing rooms you can save money that way.

Hope that helps, and hope to see some of you in Austin next March.

Toodle Pip

Sam

I always use expedia.co.uk for US bookings. I looked at a combined
flight and hotel deal for a single adult flying from LGW to Austin on
the 12th March and returning on the 23rd and it found 78 combinations
starting at £756 all the way up to £2918! As all those are for hotels
available now, just pick one that handy for distance and budget.
