Double room to rent in seafront flat

We are two friendly, professional girls looking for a short term  
housemate to move into a small double room in our lovely flat on Hove  
seafront. The top floor flat is located on Brunswick Terrace  
overlooking the sea. Fantastic views and modern decor.
£367pcm rent plus £96 p/m bills.
Our current flat mate is moving out on the 19th December and we would  
like to find someone to take over her tenancy on this date.
Due to current work situations we are looking to reassess in the new  
year (Feb/March time) so will most likely be vacating the flat around  
this time.
