I think I'd definitely recommend wordpress in that case... take a look
at the demos in that link I sent. They're pretty good - and open-source.
I kindof recommend having a blog in any case. In the words of someone
else somewhere at some point (might have been Kevin Rose) "If you're
starting a business and you don't have a blog, you're hurting yourself",
and I'm inclined to agree.
If you are going with drupal then I definitely recommend a copy and
paste job rather than a database migration. It will take a fraction of
the time and you won't miss any loose-ends on the DB side of things.
