If you haven't found your boo yet maybe try www.soundsnap.com - also
www.findsounds.com is weirdly addictive although not so much for voice stuff
- more your "paperclip falling down the plug hole" type of sounds you
thought you would never find anywhere

as usual, worth checking the individual licensing on each sound.

also thanks John Cooper for your link to your WAV set... there's  
possibly a "BOO" (5:39) that may be useful...

it's quite KIDDYish (as is the game!) so I guess I'm looking for a  
kinda 'cute' "ooohhh" / "aagghh" / "Boooo" :-(

it's a simple race game (with a childish slant)... with a win/loose  
soundclip
