[BNM] Online softeware courses

Hi everyone,

I have a friend who has taken the monumental and frightening step of  
going freelance. She is taking a couple of months out to refresh  
herself on the software she needs to reacquaint herself with:  
Photoshop and Auto-CAD.

  Just thought i would ask if anyone recommend any good online  
courses for either of these two, preferably free!
