LOL indeed ;)

I think we need to work out the associated costs with regards to food
etc. - it'd be great to offer some home-made soups, salads, etc. but
of course that increases start-up costs as we wouldn't be able to do
it all ourselves as we have 'daytime jobs' (plus Josh is refusing to
return to his past life as a chef, and my cooking includes a random
ingredient generator lol ;) and getting the right stock levels could
be fun.

We're not doing alchohol in the daytime, too tempting, but will be
nice to be able to have one or two in the evening and know at least
some of it is going to a good cause!

That's great to hear, thanks.

Excellent, and hopefully we'll get access sometime this/next week so
those interested can come along and nosey around/help with ideas...

Feel free to keep comments/observations coming in, still working on
the name if anyone has any more ideas. I don't like 'progresss bar' as
the plan is to open up further larger spaces with other facilities,
but I'm kinda getting used to the word 'progress'. But we might end up
with something completely different...

See you all soon!
