[BNM] Project for Java person

A colleague of mine has started a new project and need someone to do 
some contract work. If anyone is interested, mail me off list and I can

    Project

Akixi Limited is currently seeking a contractor or outsourcing provider 
to create the licensing functionality for the main Akixi application and 
also develop supporting internal (office-based) licensing tools. A full 
specification of this development project is available once a Non 
Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement with Akixi Limited is completed & 
signed.

The duration of the licensing project is expected to be between 1-2 
months depending on the technical skill level of the participant(s).


    Technical Skills

The following lists the appropriate development skills required in order 
to complete the licensing development project:

·       _Essential_

·       1+ years developing Java UI and server-side applications 
(preferably with Web content).

·       3+ years developing client-server applications.

·       Experience developing Java applications with public-key / 
asymmetric & symmetric cryptography logic.

·       Experience accessing databases using JDBC or the Java 
Persistence API.

·       Experience using HTML, XML, & CSS within a dynamic HTML 
application implemented utilising JSP technology

·       _Preferred_

·       Experience implementing dynamic client-side web page content 
using JavaScript, AJAX, etc.

·       Knowledge of UML.

·       _Useful_

·       Knowledge of telephone systems, contact centre working, and ACD 
call reporting systems.

·       Experience using CollabNet SubVersion for source control.
