[BNM] SSH Tunneling

Hello,
I'm getting a bit confused with SSH tunnelling. I'm trying to hop to a
restricted server via my Office/Work PC (win XP). This all makes sense if I
go via another unix server but for various reasons I've been asked to
tunnel via my office PC which has access to the server.

So I guess normally i'd go
home computer (SHH terminal) ->Work SSH Server ->Restricted Server

Now I need to go
home computer (SHH terminal) ->Office PC ->Restricted Server

The ports are open and so I need to stick something like an SSH server onto
my PC; is that right? Can Putty/plink do the job? Do I set this as the
listener on my office PC? or is there a windows services that does this for
me.

Thanks
Jason
