[BNM] Google Notebook

Anyone else using this under XP with IE7? 
You're supposed to be able to right click on 
something (text, an image, a link) and then 
choose Note This from the menu to copy it 
into the notebook. It just doesn't do 
anything and although I can find info on some 
intermittent problems with GN and Firefox, 
no-one seems to be talking about this - which 
is surprising.
