[BNM] [OT] Virgin media packages

I had a moan at their over-pricing last year, and they knocked me down to
£17 a month... then craftily shoved it back up recently. I'm out of my
twelve months now, though, and must do the old "hi, I'm calling to cancel
my account" = "let me just patch you through to our customer
relations/price-slashing department sir!" routine soon.

No point doing anything except telling 'em you're leaving (not thinking of
leaving!) if you want to see their best offer. You can always hang up if
they take you literally!
