[BNM] flickr uploadr not uploading on the naffness that is vista

I seem to remember that when I last installed 
this (under XP as it happens) it didn't work 
either. I'm pretty sure I had to uninstall 
it, then re-install again for everything to 
work. Thus, it may be the naffness that is 
the Flickr Uploader...
