[BNM] [OT] transferring contacts to an HTC Touch

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience of how to transfer contacts (currently in my
windows contacts folder) to an HTC Touch?  I'm not sure whether I need to be
using Outlook or Windows Mobile Device Center (I'm on Vista so Active Sync
doesn't work) but neither seems to be at all obvious!
