[BNM] IE8 will not default to IE7

I'm sure some of you will catch this via various blogs and such,  
otherwise:

In a nutshell, hell froze over.  Microsoft reversed their decision to,  
by default, have IE8's rendering drop to IE7's.

It's great to see they're listening to the community.
