[BNM] [OT] Daylight studio in Brighton area............???

Afternoon all!

I need to track down a daylight studio for a photo shoot. I did have
the number for a location flat on the seafront in Hove but i can't for
the life of me find the guy's details.

Can anyone help - doesn't have to be in Brighton/Hove but somewhere in
the area would be good, i don't want to drag the client to London.
Doesn't have to be big space either.
