Hello,

The form is  by no means the only way Cogapp judge potential 
freelancers, its just a guide for the first stage and is used to support 
peoples submitted CV's.

Like Paul says the reason why Ruby isn't on the list is because its not 
a requirement (yet) for our freelancers, having said that if you do know 
it then so much the better.

Just to reiterate, Cogapp are currently looking for:

Front and back end web people
Flash developers
