[BNM] Problem with PC freezing

Download an Ubuntu Desktop Edition ISO from here: http://www.ubuntu.com
Stick it in your cdrom, reboot, and when the menu comes up, choose 'Run
memory test'.
That will fire off memtest86, then just leave it for 24 hours or until
you see some errors.
