Yea - I was pondering this when I saw this thing the other day. Am I an 
expert at HTML? Christ no... I've got 8 years solid experience - but I 
know enough to know how much else there is.

I couldn't in all honesty say I'm an expert in any of the things that 
I've spent the last 8 years doing, but I bet I'm a hell of a lot better 
than a lot of the people that say that they are... and I know this, 
because back when I only had a year or so experience in anything, I 
needed to spin my CV as well.


Which is a round about route to the fact that almost every question on 
this form is "the wrong question" in some way.
