[BNM] s-video to VGA

While googling for general tech information on "convert s-video to vga", 
third from top was a gumtree ad for the very box of tricks I needed. 
Co-incidence led to it being located 4 streets over from me, but what 
crazy search engine wizzzardry led to a free classified ad being third 
from top?
