On that note, are you able to assess the damp proofing in an area of our
house, the one you went to last time road to assess the load bearing
walls ?

If so, can you let me know how much it will cost to come over and have a
look off list ?

It really bugs me that even though im a qualified structural engineer i
still have to pay a fortune for a drive by survey from the mortgage
companies chappy. The reports they produce are worth nothing.

If you need structures then i can help, if you need a trustworthy
builder, i
can advise a few.
