[BNM] Database/asset management system

We use k2/keyserver from Sassafras:

It might be overkill for you but it costs us about a tenner per (mac/PC not person) client and then 2 pounds per year maintenance. There's a demo version of it to try.

It does hardware stuff and also software licence management  e.g. max 10 users of concurrent licence.

As a Mac thing it's fine but the admin PC version ported from a mac is not great, if you ask me. Works with own internal database or mysql, if you want it to, and can generate various reports.
