[BNM] [OT] Parcelforce pick-up (and ubuntu CDs?)

Hi
Does anyone know roughly the extra cost to have an item picked up/collected 
by parcelforce for delivery within the UK. The item is large and weighs 
about 12 Kg. The cost if I take it to the depot is 20 quid but am wondering 
what it will cost to have it picked up from work.

Otherwise any recommendations for a one-off pickup and delivery

p.s. Does anyone know if there are any Ubuntu V7/v8 live CDs lying around 
in Brighton?
My CD writer would not produce a CD from the iso. Not without errors. Will 
try at work but I'd rather just get one. I've swapped out some dodgy ram 
which fixed my other problems - a cocked-up upgrade of ubuntu 7 to 8.
