[BNM] [OT] A great place for breakfast

Can anyone recommend a great place for breakfast/brunch in Brighton?

Our 4 year wedding anniversary plans to go on a hot air balloon flight  
have been thwart by Mother Nature - so I'm trying to quickly find  
something that almost as good in a very short amount of time.
