Does anyone know if there's an open-source version of this:

It's a thing (I think) for recording screengrabs / mousemovements with 
voiceovers etc, and uploading them so they have a url etc etc, all with 
a minimum amount of fannying about.

It relies on .net alas, which appears not to be able to install on this 
machine (after it made me uninstall previous versions of .net, so christ 
knows what damage that's done), and Microsoft can piss off anyway so...

Anyone seen a proper open-source version?
