No help I'm afraid but...

Once is unfortunate

Twice is ripping the piss. They like you.

What can you do? I'm sure it's a large grey area regards intellectual
copy right. The second design more so due to the fact they have
changed the colour scheme. So on what level do you arge thay have
copied your design? The layout.
