I don't think you are going to find anything like that. Due to the 
drawer mechanism/ position of the actual CD it would be difficult to 
have standard fixing holes in a slim line form factor that match those 
in a desktop drive bay.

You would have to find some kind of mounting bracket that is going to 
take up most of the space you had hoped to free up.

 Or use a strong double sided adhesive foam tape to attach slim line 
drive to top/bottom of bay. You will also need adapter for the connectors.

Mounting your existing dvd drive in an external USB2.0 caddy seem to me 
an easier and cheaper solution.
