[BNM] [OT] Looking for space for drums......

Hi all,

I don't suppose anyone has/knows someone who has a space I could rent for
playing drums?

I'm looking for a garage or similar space, that I can make some noise in.
I'd be looking to rent it long term and would want to build something inside
to further lessen said noise.

I know as soon as you mention drums, people get scared, but it doesnt have
to be that noisy.
Really!

Or as an aside, if anyone knows of a space that could be rented between 2/3
bands to rehearse in, that would also be ideal.
