[BNM] Website visual thoughts?

Hello all,
I am in the process of designing the home page of a website and am 
looking for some feedback - as critical as you like - about a visual 
that can be found at:-

I would really appreciate this - even just taking a v quick look and 
write a line of commentary would be useful.
