[BNM] Environmental companies in Brighton?

It being a van, likely to be loaded with heavy stuff, and with very low 
gearing and high wind resistance anyway, surely the astroturf is going 
to have a negligible impact on fuel efficiency?

What we really need is a change to the insurance structure, where you'd 
insure the car, not the person. This would mean that anyone could borrow 
your vehicle, thus making car sharing much simpler.
