[BNM] Seeking good Flash programmer looking for a good chunk of work

I'm looking to make contact with Flash programmers out there, for a 
chunk of work I am close to securing.

At this stage I am working on the details of the spec for the client - 
and have ballparked the project into the realm of many weeks work.

I need to get an idea of what people would charge for around a months 
work / relative to skills and experience.

Having looked at the requirements, I can say that it is not a simple 
Flash job - nor is it an extremely sophisticated one - but novices or 
anyone who is not confident in programming data driven flash objects 
need not reply.

Good news: Client is supplying an API - for a back-end already fully 
developed. No database skills needed - but a lot of XML is involved.

I realise I am being a bit vague but this is not the place to try and 
explain anything in detail. I just want to find a good Flash programmer 
looking for a good chunk of work for a reasonable fee, with strong 
possibility of more in the future.

btw: its an exciting project (I think)
