[BNM] ZoneAlarm borked by MS update yesterday

It's taken me nearly all morning to solve 
this. And I still have my fingers crossed.

Installing the ZA Security Suite update 
grabbed 100% of my CPU and wouldn't let go so 
I couldn't do anything, never mind get on the 
Net. Scouring their forums (with a handy 
MacBook) found the solution - reset the 
update. All working OK again.

They suggest rolling back the update, doing 
what I did or changing the firewall setting 
to Medium in ZA.
