[BNM] [OT] Flat share available

A friend is about to have a spare room in the flat he is renting next
to Hove Park (http://tinyurl.com/6aw2kc) and is looking for a flat
mate. Rent for the flat is £800/month which would be split 50-50. It
has a nice big bright lounge and the bedroom is a good size double,
broadband installed (Be), quiet neighbours and the lettings agents
have been good. Joe works in marketing for L&G and is in to computer
games and running.
