[BNM] How can you make working from home bearable and productive? Suggestions please!

1) move to rural Spain
2) install Skype, plus video - clients do same
3) have online videomeetings naked, with view of pool and mountains in
background
4) go to pub - (next door) for lunch
5) have siesta
6) work till 3am - no noise/distraction/family/phonecalls etc.
