[BNM] Photoshop pixels

Hi all
 
This has been bugging me for a while now.
 
In Photoshop, when I create vector shapes such as rectangles I have to zoom
right in to ensure the edges are dead on the pixels. If they are between
pixels (for example a 200.5px rectangle) then at least one of the edges uses
anti-aliasing and looks a little blurry.
 
So is there a way I can set Photoshop up to always lock everything onto
exact pixels?
