[BNM] [OT] Brighton/Hove accommodation

Apologies,  initially posted with wrong subject line. Here it is
again, subject corrected.

I'm just repeating my request from late last year as she is still
looking. Thanks to everyone who answered last time; I am following up
those avenues as well (Friday Ad, Infinity Foods' window, Brighton
Gumtree). Anyway, to reiterate:

An artist friend is hoping to move down to Brighton/Hove soon.

She is a single mother with a five-year-old son. Does anyone know of
any suitable accommodation that may become available around that time
- or indeed have any other recommendations of where to look?

I will also suggest she tries letting agencies etc although one snag
is that initially she will be claiming housing benefit. I know this
can cause problems with some agencies - are there any that anyone
knows of that are OK with DSS?
