[BNM] XP SP3?

Its not out yet, the release candidate is usually most things likely to
be included, not always everything etc, and is still for testing.

It is likely that if you install the RC you will need to uninstall it
prior to installing SP3

There are rumblings on some blogs that it won't be long, and neither
will the SP1 for Vista. How true they are is anyones guess.
