[BNM] Video Editing & HTTP Streaming Software

Hi,

I'm trying to find a decent bit of software to get some video edited,
optimised and ready in a streaming format but have had little to zero
experience doing this - can anyone help me with what the industry standards
are (if there are any considered standard) for this please and if possible
rough costs?
