[BNM] Small Job : css layout

For cross browser min-width layouts I have used a combination of DIV's 
and tables

Either this, or you use a fixed width asset like an image to stop a 
block flexing smaller than desired

and simply avoid any overflow declaration that might undermine this 
behaviour
